the problem i got is after starting the engine, for about 5 mins it ticks over fine then the revs start to drop and go back up again. Engine seems to run fine once in gear and applying throttle.
The primer bulb on the fuel tank does not get hard when priming.
Could this be a primer bulb issue or the fuel pump ?
