My Johnson 150 will not run unless you pump the bulb yourself. I have taken out the ball valve in the gas tank, changed the fuel line from the tank to the engine including bulb, changed the diaphragm in the fuel pump(both of them) and it still will not run. I have never been so frustrated. The local outboard shop is backed up for three weeks or I would have already had it there. Any ideas? Thanks
